To initiate a claim for a replacement, users are required to submit specific documentation through our dedicated service portal. This process necessitates high-resolution images of the entire product, a clear view of the traction patterns on the outsoles, and close-up photography of the specific defect. Furthermore, you must provide a valid sales record to confirm the transaction date and the legitimacy of the vendor. Information regarding the exact model, colorway, and size must also be clearly stated to facilitate the request.

Approved replacements are issued for the same model and specifications as the original purchase. In the event that a particular style is no longer available in our inventory, we will provide an alternative of comparable value or allow you to choose from our currently available stock. Please note that no partial refunds are issued if a lower-priced item is selected as a substitute. Because these replacement units are provided as a resolution to a claim, they are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged for different sizes. The typical timeframe for the review and dispatch of replacement items is roughly two weeks.

The protection plan covers specific structural issues, such as the failure of attachment points, strap breakage, or surface delamination like peeling. We also account for premature material degradation that occurs within the first three months of ownership. This policy does not, however, cover the expected results of daily wear and tear or cosmetic aging. Damage resulting from external environmental factors—such as shrinkage caused by exposure to intense heat—is excluded, as is damage arising from misuse or audible issues like squeaking.

This warranty is exclusively applicable to goods obtained through our verified partners. We are unable to extend these protections to items purchased via secondary markets, independent auction sites, or unauthorized vendors on global retail platforms, as we cannot verify the authenticity or storage conditions of such products.
